Edit web.config to display errors 

If you get:
ExecuteNonQuery requires an open and available Connection. The connection’s current state is closed.

run grant_sql_perms.vbs script

If you get
ExecuteNonQuery: Connection property has not been initialized.
add the connection string from the external web.config to the internal web.config too.
